• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

  Please note that global shipping rates have increased dramatically across the board. I am consistently taking a loss on all international orders to ensure I can offer a fairer price for my customers. Yes, it is that expensive for an individual to ship a single book.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Since the pandemic, customs has been greatly affected in all countries, and there may be further delays in getting your order.

• I think my package is delayed/missing.

  Once an order is sent out, I have no power in expediting, finding, or assisting the customer otherwise. Responsibility is handed to the postal service, and it is on you to follow up with your local office if there is an issue with logistics.

  In my experience, missing packages are extremely rare, and most delayed orders will eventually reach you. International carriers often do not update the tracking in a timely fashion.

  If your tracking information says that your package has been delivered but your order is missing, please let me know ASAP.
